For some reason my login authentification is failing during the start-up, i know the password and username are correct, i've never had this happen before, any pointers? i have reinstalled, made no difference. tia
To save some time, check the "easy" stuff first.
Ensure that real-time scanning is disabled for your TRS22 program and data folders.
TRS22 has access through your firewall.
Ensure that your network router hasn't had changes to it made by your ISP, or isn't somehow blocking your connection because it can.
You are on a wireless connection that has become flaky. Try a wired connection instead if you can.
You are in fact using the same username and password as you use here for the forums. You say you are using it, but sometimes brain farts get in the way and you type what you think is correct isn't.

I managed to sort the issue, firstly, i got stooged by the password reset feature within the website, i reset my password but it was not changing across over at the support site and i received a red message saying "forgery detected", wtf! anyway, i followed the password reset link on the login pane on the far left side of that page and all is good.

That's really good to hear, I'm glad you sorted that out. And thank you for posting that pitfall, caveat, or whatever we want to call it. I'm sure this has caught many users out.
