trs2006 fusterations

the help desk never response to me ever !!! i spend lots of money on there softwear but no help .
how can i add passanges routs & cars un trs2006 . this is the most complicated softwear i have ever had . very fustrating .

Are you downloading into TRS2006? Open up CMP and then go to the Download Station and open it up. Look for an asset you want to download.
Click on it. A window will open up describing the asset. Click on Download Page. Another window will open up. Click on Download. The orange bar that says Content Manager at the bottom of your deskop will start flashing yellow.
Go back to CMP. The asset you want to download will show up in the Download Helper window. The window will say Searching. Then a minus sign will appear to the right of the asset's name in a few seconds meaning it's ready to download.
Clicxk on Start and it should download.
Once it's downladed, find the asset in your Today or Installed window in CMP. Highlight it and right click. Click on Edit and click on Commit
Then launch Trainz and it should show up in Surveyor..
