trs2004 monorail

i am just wondering where can i get the pack-trs2004 monorail. Where can i download it from?? Also, can someone please give me detailed instructions on how to get items from the DLS to the actual game? every time i try to download something from the DLS, it comes up "download is not available". I am logged in, what do i do??

Sometimes the DLS is at fault. I don't remember the source for the Monorail stuff for 2004, I assume it would be on the DLS by now.
