TRS04 locos in TS2009

I have been downloading some locos made for 04 and I am using 09. When I place the loco, the main part of the body is just white, but all of the details are the correct colors.

I recall hearing about a fix somewhere but can't seem to find it.

I think it's been said that you have to run in 'Compatibility Mode'.

I've actually been running the game in compatibility mode since I bought it, still doesn't work.

Is it a problem with the one loco or pretty much everything that is not built in?
When I first installed TS2009, on my now deceased PC, if it was not "built in" it was white. That problem went away when I re-installed and did SP2. I don't know if it was the re-install or SP that fixed it.

It only happens with locos meant for 04, locos built for 06 and up are fine.
