When I tell a driver to go to a destination I get a red circle with a white cross and not the usual destination photo, does anyone know what this means as I can't drive to that particular destination. Thanks in anticipation

That means the Driver, for some reason, (disconnected track, faulty junction, detached industry) has no path to the selected destination.

your using copy commands from I guess, and at some point in surveyor made a change to the destination name. Remove it from the list and re enter it.
