Hello I am using a map and I require that when a tram approaches a junction the point sets for the tram .I have had trainz for many years now but I still cant get my head around how to make these work only to name a trigger in surveyer .any help would be be gratefully received George.... PS I am runnnig trainz 12 ?

To be honest I ve only found triggers useful with various sets of rules that use them and in 2010 for me I ve found majority dont really work anymore in upper game advancements..........

But ya can try scouting the various rules that may still work in 2012
from theyre basically name the trigger and assign its name in the rule with the adjoining junction or signal good luck..........

Working example

In the Mojave Subdivision route, open the session "Mojave to Bakersfield" in Surveyor, as if you are going to edit it.

Once it open, click on "Edit Session Rules".

Scroll down toward the bottom. There you will find several uses of triggers to switch junctions. Peek inside to see what's clicked and how it works.
