Trigger Check problem.

For Info I've had several different versions of Trainz and am currently using 2012 until I get my copy of the new one.

Firstly let me explain what I am doing.
I am building a goods yard where all the different wagons used in the USA Freight 3000 is sorted into wagons of the same sort on the same track.
I constructed the goods yard ramp and got the wagons to stop where they should on their respective tracks by manually setting the points.
having set that up I now turned to sorting the wagons automatically, I placed a Trigger at the bottom of the hill just before the first set of points.
I then turned to the session rules where i set up an initial Trigger Check just to activate on reaching the Trigger.
Nested within this first Trigger for each set of points I setup a Trigger Check to activate when the correct Wagon passed for example GATX Oil Tanker. When this trigger was activated I used a further nested Set Junctions command to set up which rail to send it down along with just a counter to display on the custom HUD.
Now I looked for but couldn't find an uncoupler so after experimentation I found that if I set the train in motion (About 2mph) and then used the uncouple button (or Ctrl+D) on the wagons before they got to the brow of the hill, the wagons would roll down the hill and onto the right rails no problem.

As you can imagine I got quite proud of myself at this point.... but .....

All worked well until suddenly disaster, The Trigger Check rules loose the wagon they are setup for. I can set them up in surveyor but my PC just sits there when I select driver. No matter how I do it surveyor has just stopped saving the Trigger Check information. Ive even gone back to earlier versions of my track but still the Triggers don't save.

Has anyone had the same problems?

How do I fix this?

Thanks
Paul

My guess is the difference between route and session.

You (have) build all the hardware in the route. Save it, close it, and now make a session for this route. All those trigger settings are saved in the session.
To test, start the session.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply but Nope

I create the rules in the surveyor in route or session but as soon as I save the session rules i loose the Vehicles Type info in the Trigger Checks.

Maybe its trying to tell me something!

Well the rules must be in session, yet you say route OR session. It can't be both! Although I would have thought the problem was uncoupling, surely the AI needs an engine to process the rules?
