trees that grow fast

Im having issues with these crazy trees that keep poping out of the ground so rapidly and then dissapear again just as quick. there black and are annoing me with there fx i wish i could get rid of them, plus the loding time it takes to go from cab view to tracking view is atrocious video card is strugleingto keep up and i have a HD5570 ati radeon series 1GB DDR3 THAT IS 650MHz STANDARD AND 670MHz overclock 128 bit PCI Express 2.1 why is this not good enough?

This is a known issue with Speed Treez and ATI cards. This happens in other programs that also use Speed Treez, and is not just a TS2010 issue. There was a patch that fixed this.

Are you running the latest version of TS2010? Ensure that the latest patch is loaded.

The current version is 440308.

Where did you get this patch 440308? are your #'s wrong.
I only see up to 44088 , the one I have.

Thanks John I purchased / downloaded this version Trainz Simulator (41491) (one would expect the latest version ) earlier this week from Planet Auran and have just realised there are patches so perhaps after i download these patches things will be a bit smoother. Can you tell me where i can find these patches please.
PS Have been using trainz since 2006
