trbl with 2009/2010

I have instralled TRAINZ 2009 and just installed 2010 per the instructions as to add to 2009. How do I get the content in 2009 to show up in 2010? I ran 2010 and none of the content from 2009 was there, I then did what I have done with previous games. I did the install content. There were over 25000 items in TRAINZ 2009. As I installed the content it showeed up in the 2010 content manager. When I went to 2010 not one of the routes nor was the rolling stock there as any other item. My last count of rolling stock in TRAINZ 2009 was about 2000+ items and it would take me several weeks or maybe months to redownload all these items.

Are you trying to move built in items or stuff you have down loaded and added yourself.

Best advice is to jump into the TS12 area and ready all the posts there on moving stuff form TS2010 to TS12 as its the same process

It is because they are not shown as favourites in the route selector. Unselect the yelow star at the top and all your routes will be visible. Click the grey star on each to change them to yellow and then the star again at the top and you will see them again.

The items are all downloaded from the DLS. I tried using the content installer and in 2009 I copied all items from the hash files.
it converted 2009 to 2010, they showed up as installed but not one item appeared there.

Are the items committed? If they're open, they won't show up.

If the items are committed properly then go to the options screen, un-check the show favorites. and in the Routes menu, click on the star to show everything installed.
