It's quite easy really.
Either:
Copy T:ANE lock, stock and barrel from your existing machine to an external drive. Ensure that the copy includes your User Data folders wherever that may reside.
Then copy it all over to a hard disk drive or SSD on the new machine.
Set up a shortcut on the taskbar or programs list to the tane.exe executable so you can access it.
Start the launcher and change the performance settings to suit your new monitor/ GPU and other hardware.
Make sure that the path shown to your User Data Folder on the Install tab is correct for the new location of the user data folders.
Add your login details to the Internet tab.
When everything is set up according to your preferences and taste, exit the Launcher.
Then start T:ANE from your new shortcut icon and run a database repair from the Developer menu.
Once that has completed, you should be away laughing.
Or:
Install a fresh instance of T:ANE SP2 on your new machine. Make sure it is running well.
Copy the contents of your existing T:ANE Userdata folders from the old pc (all of them) into the desired new location on the new machine.
Set the path again on the Install tab.
Run a database repair.
