Transfer table? If you don't know, it's something like this. ​

Also called "Traversers" in some other countries. That extra word may help with the download station searches as it produced 7 results going back to TrainZ 2004. There are several available. "Vulcan", for example, has done a 4-road table, both electrified and non-electrified. This is the electrified version in "DownTownTraction":
