Afraid got bad news for you Damon :-( Since Auran/N3V no longer actively support any version of trains under Classics the Upload Station wont accept any assets with a Trainzbuild of less than 2.7 !
There may be ways round this but not sure how, perhaps someone else might be able to help.

Hi Jamie:

An E-7 (in the US Navy or in my case the United States Coast guard) is an enlisted rank. I was fairly high up but not as high up as seniorchief since a seniorchief is an E-8. One rank (stripe) ahead of (and over) me. The next rank up is a master chief (E-9). I think today each service has an E-10 but there is only one per service and its mostly an honrary rank (tho it is a real rank). The kind you get after exemporary service and just before you retire.

I had passed the warrent officer exam but the USCG was cutting back drastically so I could see the handwriting on the wall and got out after 10 years. Enjoyed it (except for one CO).

My oldest son was an PO3 (third class petty officer) on the USS Tarawa during operation Dessert Storm. My wife was a Marine (kicks my butt with great regularity, lol).

Finally - I was born on Camp Lejune (guess what my did during the second world war, lol).

reread the message , he is tyring to upload to trp not the d/l

I have no idea what an E-7 is, wither a train or a Navy Income??

Care to enlighten this brain??

Jamie

PS Torchy, not the DLS server, Trainz Pro Routez

He is talking US NAVY or US Coast Guard, to me, he is telling me he is a Chief or an E-7, which is the rank of Chief Petty Officer in the USN or the US Coast Guard or USCG.

I am a retired E-8 which is the rank of a Senior Chief Petty Officer

an E-9 above me is a Master Chief Petty Officer. These are the highest ranks of the enlisted, not Officer. Hope this squares you away !

I no, I forgot the big Guy One Master chief is picked by election by all the other Master Chiefs from the East Coast and West Coast once selected

his rank is E-10 or (MCPON) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy he speaks for the enlisted in the USN. He is Stationed in Washington, D.C. with the joint Chiefs of Staff.

Well I can upload them some where else. I found a problem making my kuids, it was double content, why and how I don't know for sure yet. I only used one mesh, I have one kuid thats 2.65 in size the other is 30 MB.:o
I made 14 Gantrys but some how they are all differant sizes. I will have to rekuid them and see what happens. I hoping my TRS09 that I uploaded did not do this.

Thanks for the update.

Damon: the folder sizes for each of those 14 signals installed on my end are around 7.5 megabytes. Including multiple or duplicate assets in each CDP would be a good explanation for the different file sizes. :)

TPR still accepts TRS2004 content, as far as I know. Oh ,and there are some recent uploads from yesterday and today; are you still having problems uploading?

Regards,

Retro.

Yes I know that I cannot upload TRS2004 material to auran or the DLS section for TRS2004. I was trying to upload my NEC TRS2004 content to TPR. The server was kicking me in an out when trying to upload them.

Thanks Damon:wave:

I am glad to here from you now and you jump right here. I was checking them and some were crazy in size. there is only one mesh I used with only the one type of textures. I have one kuid @ 2.65 the other is 30mb its the same signal mesh and textures. I have found the bad or the crazy ones I will be sending you corrected ones to you tonight. Pull the bad ones now Retro or delete them. Write down the bad ones so I can cross check them with you.
I will have to correct these and upload them again to TPR.
Thank You so much............ I am jumping out of here now to fix this mess and send you corrected KUIDS ASAP

Damon:cool: Retro you have lots of mail now corrected everything looks good @ my end now let me know ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Damon:

I spent not quite 10 years in the Hookligans Navy (1964 to 1974). Made E-6 in 3-1/2 years E-7 two years later (fast rate). Specialized in Loran A and C (Long Range Aid to Navigation). Only one year on a ship but 2 years in the middle of nowhere in Alaska (girl behind every tree - - - no trees, lol).

Back to making another bridge (what else, lol), catch ya later mate,

Ben (ETC-B6)
