Trainz & Windows 8.1

Has anyone had a problem with trainz in windows 8.1 when I try to add content to my route I get lots of lines and what looks like a board pointing to a build train or track when I delete said peace it all clears but then freezes and have to restart any help please have build 58414 have tried hot fixes but they tell me there not for my build thank you in advance

The only patch that will work for yours is the 58414 to 61388 patch (and remember to check which folder it's patching).

In terms of the actual problem, I would see if patching helps. Failing that, a screenshot will be needed.

The version I purchased was already patched to 61388. As long as I remember to "Open as Administrator" I have never had any problem with Trainz12.

Thank you guys for your time patch worked but only some time's when applying assets or laying track program freezes have to shut down and start again. I find by saving every five mins it will over come but slow progress

Thank you jeff for your time patch worked but still get a freezing of program when editing route ie laying track or laying assets I do use "Open as Administrator but thank you again Alan

That's partly due to the validation in the latest build - if you leave it alone for a few minutes it should sort itself out.
