What kinds of Trainz Undecorated locomotives are available?

Do you mean the ones for Paint Shed? They are white.
Do you mean steam engines with out lettering?

Open CM and set Search panel to Builtin - True. The paintshed loco's kuids are in the range, kuid:-10:179 thru kuid:-10:211.

Not Paintshed. But Non-paintshed locos.
And unlettered Steam locomotives

One of bdaneals Baldwins are unlettered. Besides that all of his engines are lettered. Some more than others. Ex: the 30in engines except for the 4-8-4 have only #s, no actual words.

Do a search on "Undec" and you will come up with a bunch on the DLS...make sure to check all boxes.

If you want small tender locos, Stetrain's 0-4-0 Undecorated might be worth a try. It has no enginesound, but if you know how to add one, this might be a good option.

However, some of Davesnow's assets have completely blank main art files, which makes the loco unreskinnable, except for one small part of the locomotive. I do not know if he will fix this, but the fact that Davesnow's main art files are completely blank is annoying.
