Hi Tony or any other member of the Trainz Team,

I do think there are opposite ambiguous information between the TS2009 Beta NDA info and the invitational email you sent to the TrainzDEv members concerning limitations or restriction to make information or images about the beta public.

NDA:
You may not distribute to any other person (unless we expressly permit it):

1. the Trainz Beta Software; or
2. information regarding the Trainz Beta Software or Trainz Beta Program.
