Trainz Railroad Peronnel?

After I was messing around in a session, I began thing to myself, that we need some railroad personnel for Trainz. I mean an animated figure that display's hand signals, preforms walking inspections, and other common jobs for the railroad. I dont know if this has been brought up prior but I've been in trainz for a while and dont recall such a thing.
