Trainz Plus Beta TLR Phase 3 - Windows (136192)

Right so first impressions on my end on build136192 are that TLR was working okay, a few odd choices when generating passenger routes on my St.Ives route but aside from that it was stable. Tonight however it was working, until I tried to add lumber to one of my industries whilst in driver mode testing out TLR, after which the whole game froze up. It behaves as though driver mode was paused, but it's not I've checked, swapping in and out of surveyor mode doesn't fix it either. Trying to re-load the session as we speak, hopefully it's a one-off weird bug.

Hello Everyone,

These latest builds have a series of fixes for rendering issues caused by rain as well as some transparency issues with water and TurfFX. An internal change has also moved several of the new features behind a feature gate. The feature gate changes should not have any noticeable impact for Trainz Plus users.

These builds are considered Release Candidates, so please speak up if any major issues are found. We are aware of a highlight issue with Mac in S20 which will be addressed before release.
