Trainz newz and Trainz Talk = not allowing posting a new thread

Just went to poast some city rail trains news in the Trainz News and/or the Trainz Talk area of the Forums and to me it appers if the post new thread buttons are missing in both these areas.

Is it just me or a forum bug - or have these areas just been closed down on the sly ????

Did you not take the time to read the thread posted in there ?

Welcome to the all new Trainz Connections section. It will be one of the many publication platforms for the Trainz Journalists.

If you are not a designated "Trainz Journalist", then I doubt you will have the right to post a thread in that section.
Check out the 'Posting Permissions' box at the bottom of the section, mine reads :-

• You may not post new threads
• You may post replies
• You may not post attachments
• You may not edit your posts

When did that load of tripe descend upon us, it's turning into a circus act.
7th march 2012 apparently, oh well only 11 months behind such riveting news.

No I did not read it and if I had would mean nothing to me anyway - bit like the COC thats has a limit on sig sizes and which seems to mean nothing any more either.

The reason why is that only moderators/N3V staff can post in most of the forums in the Trainz Connections section (with the exception of Trainz Community, which any registered user can post in)
