Hi! I am Filip and i am form Germany and i have a problem


I Haved will play the Trainz 2012 and when i play i am kicked from game and the game stopped help please!!!

There should be only one code, and it begins with the letter A. For example:

ATRZ-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

Be sure, when you go to the Serial Number page, that you pick the right version of the game. There are actually 4 different versions of Trainz 12 and you need to pick the right one. Keep trying. If it doesn't work then you'll have to submit a Helpdesk ticket, but try that first.

Well you SHOULD be able to register the item on the Serial Number page called Trainz Simulator 12, but if that doesn't work, you could also try registering one of the other versions of Trainz 12 and see if that does, in case your product was just mislabelled. Otherwise you have to submit a helpdesk ticket and that can take a long time to resolve.

It will either be Trainz Simulator 12, the 10th anniversary collectors edition or one of the powered by TS12 options.
