Trainz Driver install Problem

Am trying to install trainz driver. The computer tells me that I do not have enough disc space when I actually have 312 GB. Any suggestions?

1. have you partitioned your hard drive and maybe trying to load game onto a nearly full partition.
2. defragment the hard drive, it may help.
