Trainz driver 2 server issues?

I recently made purchases on trainz driver 2 and after everything was bought the download menu did not show up I checked the get new content section and pressed renew purchases but the download menu didn’t show up I saw a pop up saying “could not communicate with trainz server” and “unable to communicate with App Store” (I’m using iOS) I tried a few different strategies to try to fix the issues and even deleting and re-downloading the app, but that still didn’t do anything. I really don’t want the servers shut down I want to get these content downloaded and my previously downloaded content recovered.

Thank you for reporting this; I have checked with our team and they are currently looking into this however it may take a little time for them to fully investigate and resolve this issue.

Purchased the Razorback Classic and the Class 26 Steam BE and they won’t let me install it!!! This IS for Trainz SIMULATOR 2 (in my case at least) but I’m pretty sure the servers are the same. I brought the Razorback Classic yesterday

And the Class 26 TODAY to see if it was working. No dice..
 
The issues with trainz driver 2 with gamepasses are continuing to happen I am still waiting for the issues to be resolved and fixed and hopefully they do fix these issues with the app not being able to connect with the App Store.
