Trainz download station help

I was on trainz download station about 2 hours ago or something and then when i went back on it 50 mins ago it says my account or serial number is incorrect I checked them and it was fine.

Anyone know whats going on?

The download station and Planet Auran are currently down(offline), and you will not be able to access them via any method until it comes back online (which may be a while)

Thanks Shane I thought my comp was to blame, checked my firewall settings and was going to send to the help desk.
