Trainz DLC downloads offline 10th September (Now Resolved)

Hi All
Unfortunately we have encountered issues with our DLC servers, which may prevent some DLC packs from downloading, for both PC/Mac and Mobile versions of Trainz.

This was discovered late last week, and our team was working on it hoping to resolve it quickly, however a resolution to this is taking longer than anticipated and as such we currently expect that this should be resolved later this week. We'll post an additional announcement in this thread when this is resolved.

Our team has now resolved the issues with the DLC downloads, and you should now be able to access these again. If you do see any issues with downloading DLC packs, please submit a ticket to our helpdesk by clicking on 'Support' at the top of the forums (you will need to log in, then follow the troubleshooter, to submit a ticket).
