Trainz Commuter Rail moves outside of the trainz community

Well about a day ago I posted this movie on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpnawvsEaIA
And just about an hour or so ago,I received a notice that I had a new message,so at first I was like,oh god who is gonna start some stuff with me. But it turns our, a person who lives in Princeton,New Jersey saw the video and liked it. And for all of you fans of the TV show "House" on Fox here in the United States,there happens to be a convention that they are starting there and the town of Princeton,New Jersey is in on it and helping to set it up. There will be some of the actors there,and all of the proceeds go to charity,and they have people as far away as Australia coming!
This is the message I got on youtube.

And this movie apparently might have a clip shown on Fox in the New York City area,however all the details are still unknown.

Ok folks time for some input time....
We have it a snag..
The video is done however,their attornery is worried that the route that is featured might infringe on copyrights etc,because of the use of other people's content....trees,bushes etc.
So PLEASE,I need your input on this situation,otherwise I will have pretty much done all the work for NOTHING,and the video will be picked clean,and will become another normal trainz video:'(

SO please PLEASE give me your feedback

Very cool Gandalf! Major score. This is the first I have heard of it. I can't imagine any one objecting to their content appearing on TV, I certainly don't!

Simple answer, start a new thread asking for permission to use the objects. I'm sure people will post and agree!
