The Download Station is down

Uh, I tried getting into the download station to get some kuids, but it wasn't working. Has the download station been down before?

Today the Download Station page wouldn't even load. CMP was having problems downloading. When you click on the link for Trainz Download Station from a search engine, it loads then a server not found page appears.

It was slow earlier then the forums couldn't be displayed. I thought it was my internet connection and was getting ready to call Comcast then it came back, but slow again.
