Trainz Athletics

hello, all. chris here.

Being twelve, i play for my local little league baseball team, the Green Ridge Little League, in Scranton, PA. i love playing it, and really love playing dodgeball and animal ball (free-for-all dodgeball) in gym class. so, are there any trainzers that play or have played sports? it can be anything, baseball, dodgeball, rugby, real, fake, anything! just let it be a sport, and not like a calculus competition.

Just started practicing for Special Olympics Bowling yesterday. It's my second favorite Special Olympics game; the other being snow skiing. Yes snow skiing. The skiing takes place at Appalachian Ski Resort in Boone, North Carolina. The skiing is the 'regional' Special Olympics, which means that there are people from several states in the South come to compete; even Florida! The bowling is 'state' Special Olympics, which means only Olympians from Georgia compete, and takes place in Warner-Robbins.

"Special" Olympics? Aren't the ordinary Olympics special enough? How is "Special Olympics" skiing different from normal skiing. Is bowling even an Olympic sport?
Excuse my ignorance, I'm not exactly clued up on my sports.

Special Olympics are intended for those who have some sort of disability. Some contestants' disability is obvious, others, like me, their disability is not apparent with one look. Also, Special Olympics skiing is actually slalom, the competition where you have to ski around several poles on your way from the top of the slope to the bottom of the slope. I have won a few gold metals in skiing, but the metals, unlike the Olympics, are not made out of gold. Also, here's Special Olympics' official website:

Bowling, Skiing, Go-Kart Racing(Nascar is a sport, so this counts too), Golf, Baseball, a little Football(U.S.), and Soccer.

Rugby (Union), Footy (Aussie rules), Cricket, Martial Arts, Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Boxing.

Though I ruptured a ligament a while ago and I haven't played much sport except golf (Highest score wins) and some light running
