Recently learnt that trainz android is "illegal." Can anyone give me some more information, or even a picture of the announcement?

The only place to legally get the original Trainz game for Android is the Amazon App Store, anywhere else is as an illegal pirated copy. That being said, there is a new version of Trainz for Android (and iOS) called Trainz Simulator 3 which you can get from the Play Store.

N3V has also made statements a long time ago in the past to the effect of claiming that all Android users are thieves. I'm guessing that this is no longer their opinion, as they have returned to making games for Android.
