Sometimes when i run a mixed freight on 1 of my routes no matter how heavy it is sometimes it will lack a tracksound such as the rail rumble  wat could it be? its so irritating having to create a heavy train to find it to lack a sound please help! does this have anything to do with sound card issues? please help!!!!!!!!! :(

Ok I am going to try to take a stab at this.... Is the sound of the heavy freight attached to the rolling stock or the track? I have found offen that the sound is on the rolling stock insead of the track, so it could be that your rolling stock is not providing the sound.

I don't know good point, I know Jointed Rail content always has a sound to it & its like a slow metal clanking like sound but the majority of other cars don't seem to have 1. if i run a loaded intermodal train then it will make the rail rumble sound i have never ran an intermodal & it lacking sound. i've ran loaded mixed freights & even if they don't have their tracksound the rail rumble which always pleases me :D :p & sometimes the "clanky metal" sound that JR cars have. I've also noticed that there are sections that are straight track that i've straightened & sometimes i cannot add a train & if put a train there that was on another track then it sounds "empty", however ts2009 "oak track" i've noticed this never lacks sound but i don't really like it. I think it has something to do with the straightened track :o
