Trainz 2009 Surveyor

When I install new items to the program and I go to the survayor and look at the items some are in red and others are in white. Why? Also when I go to the railyard and look at the list of items there sometimes I can see the name but no picture appears. If I go to the content manager and put in missing items they on not appear there. Any idea as to why?

The reason some of the items you've downloaded fail to show up, is that there are errors or missing dependencies in those items. Once you've all the dependencies installed, and corrected any errors, then you will see them show up.

N.B. Personally I would not use CCP for editing existing config files as is suggested in the second of these guides. It can introduce more errors than it fixes!
