Trainz 2006- Problem with Paint Shed

I have been having some problems running paint shed with my trainz copy, content manager loads fine, but when I load paint shed it gets to the blue back ground with the buttons, and just sits, not bringing up the car/engine I hit new paint shed assit on...

Im running windows 7 if that helps any...
