Train vrs Truck... Again

so typical, they blame the railroad and say its their fault for not having gates and lights at the crossing instead of the fact the man probably didn't even check the tracks before crossing.
 
uggh,don't these so called 'motorists' ever learn,and what is worse,no seat belt was fastened,one word describes the victim,lucky!:n:

We just have to live in hope that he squashed his b******s thus preventing him having kids, we need less stupid people in this world, we can't have em breeding.

Oh gosh...

I probably spent moments cleaning "dust" off the windshield with acetone & steel scrub pad...

He does this with the truck...

I think that there was a train-truck accident a few days ago where a tractor-trailer truck was trapped by crossing gate being lowered in the space between the cab and the trailer and the driver had to jump out of the truck before a train crashed into the tractor.
