Train Speed Rule?

Is there any rule available which allows you to instruct an AI driver to proceed at a set speed? I'd like to have the train proceed through switches slowly, and all I can do now is set up hundreds of speed limit signs to regulate the speed. Problems arise as the train will proceed at whatever speed the sign that it passed previously indicated. If it's taking the siding at 15MPH, and it clears a 40MPH sign, the speed limit will change to 40 regardless of where it is.

Try downloading Kuid:137715:23001:2 "Invisible Speed-Signal (TRS2004 SP2)." This may provide a solution to what I believe your problem may be, namely the issue with the AI approaching sidings at an unrealistic speed.
