Is that really by Auran?

Rail Cargo Simulator
(Listed as being by N3vrf41l)

Military Life Tank Simulator

Bungie Jumping Simulator

Blaster Simulator

The graphical style and quality is fairly consistant across the titles, so whoever developed them is probably the same company. And while the graphical style *does* have a hint of Auran-ism to it, I don't think it's up to their quality overall.

The overall feel is more of one of those dutch/german dev houses that specialises in shovelware.

It's possible that n3vrf41l contracted out to one of them for some 'simulator' titles - I'm looking at you Astragon (although ironically, the graphics aren't up to Astragon's usual 'photo-realistic look', their titles usually look *really* good, but don't quite have the gameplay behind it).

Why Impulse is listing them as by 'Auran' could simply be a confusion based on n3vrf41l / Auran being their contact for TS2009/2006/2004 in the past.

The track is terrible looking, and there are odd looking freight cars with North American locomotives.

Doesn't look very appealing to me.
