traffic light ---Signal QR 01RH troubles

Hi , I am using the Signal QR 01RH traffic lights at junctions all over my route and all of them work the way I want them to ,except for one. These lights have lighted pointers above them to show which way the junction switch is set. In one case, no matter which way I set the junction switch the lighted pointers above the signal lights always stays pointed to the right.
In every other case , the pointer would switch to either left side , or right side. But not in this junction. It stays pointed to the right. We have no idea what to do to correct the problem. I would like to get more information on using these lights . Any help would be much appreciated !!!

Will This solve it?

Hmmmm

Check the position of the signal. Make sure the signal is NOt positioned after the junction. If it is then move it to before it. That might solve your problem. If it doesnt then i dont know.

I hope this map shows better where I have placed the traffic light and where I have placed the junction. I have it working in most places, well, all of the junctions but the one junction on the map .

Closely inspect the trackwork at the junction to make sure this is not causing the problem.
Try another type of signal to check this out.

Well, I am pretty new to this software still. How do I go about closely inspecting the trackwork, and what am I looking for ?

Zoom in to the junction and make sure there is a clean sweep to the right or left.
It can sometimes initially start left before it routes correctly to the right, confusing the switch and the signal. Done it myself:(
If everything appears ok substitute the signal for another similar one to check the original out.

I've found the default Auran QR junction signals to be rather finicky when it comes to working properly (the ones with the double feathers are even more tricky to use). The only thing I can think of is that the track beyond the junction is unsignalled, hence why the feathers (the white set of lights on the top of the junction signal) aren't working when the junction is switched to the right.

If this is indeed the case, try placing a single signal (like the QR 04 type) further down the track beyond the junction, making sure they're facing the same way as the junction signal and see if this helps.
