Track Geometry Car

A few years back (3-4) Either TRAINS Magazine or one of the model railroad magazines had a big article on the Union Pacific Track Geometry Car. It had a lot of pictures of the inside and a schematic drawing and the works, was several pages long. Does anyone happen to know what issue that was?
