Hi John,

TOTR =

T rainz
O n
T he
R oad

This process has been around for some time, and allows the software to be demonstrated and purchased at local events.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Thanks for that. I knew about it in the old days but wasn't sure if it was still going. I certainly didn't know what it was called. Where can I go to find out more about it? I can certainly give you promotional space on the Trainz Resources Directory if someone is prepared to keep me advised about where it will appear in the future. The Directory just had it's 4,000th visitor since late March so it's a good promotional tool. Either PM me or email me using the Contact Us link on the left hand side of every page.

Regards,

John

Hi guys
I will speak to Mike next about how the TOTR's work these days.

I know the Victorian coordinator for them is Speic, who has the following list of them on here:

http://www.gcn.net.au/totrvic/

Only covers two more shows at this stage.

For those interested, I will be at the exhibition on the Saturday, albeit for much of the time I will be looking around the show. However, I will hopefully have a name badge on for those that want to say hi :)

I also have it on good word that another person from Auran will be at the exhibition, so remember to drop by and say hi! :)

Is there a way that normal everyday users can demonstrate Trainz legally?
Every year we have a large yard sale that attracts thousands every year.
It is the 127 Corridor Sale stretching from the Ohio/Michigan border to Gasden Alabama.
Between Pall Mall Tennessee and Clarkrange Tennessee, it sees a lot of traffic.
I was thinking of setting up someday and demonstrating.
