A lot has happened to me both physically and mentally, and it's time I step away from my hobbies. I'm tired physically and I just can't seem to "get into it anymore". I started Surveyor, like I've done for probably the 7 1/2 years, and I felt tired, overwhelmed, and even a bit dizzy. I've noticed lately that the whole Surveyor program tends to make me a bit barfy lately. Perhaps it's my eyes, or worse the lovely Parkinson's playing up on me. I don't know at this point, and leaving the program alone has made me a bit more steady on my feet. After I closed the program, I sat there and did nothing. I haven't been in there in about a month now, and scarily I don't even miss it. I just feel the inspiration to do anything with it now is gone. Perhaps while I was on vacation, I did too much and fried my creative side with Trainz and now I'm just burned out.
I'll probably take a break from the forums too. I just don't have the energy for this either, particularly since they've been changed. I find the overall feel of them is not the same anymore. They seem sterile and barren, much like they did when they came back online from the 2006 death knell.
Anyway, I'm glad you're all getting along pretty well, :hehe: and have some great technical support gurus here to help.
So having said all this. There's no need to start a multiple page "see ya later thread" I won't respond or read it. Perhaps in a few weeks or months I'll poke in again and say hi.
