Very nice! Tidewater used to be one of my favorite routes in years past. Yes sir, I'd pretend that it was the old Conrail Buffalo Line from Enola Pa. to Buffalo Ny. Good times :wave:
That looks really good. I like the VMD enginehouse too, really gives it some character :hehe:

Yeah...some routes just never get old lol...I am putting in industries in ritterton and on the spurs in Thurston. And the Intermodal yard is in the process of a major overhaul. Wish someone would make a good piggypacker. I am having it interchange with the AWVR as of now.

Second river crossing, just before the spur to the power plant
Back at Mapleton tied to the Bare-table for its run up to Thurston in the morning
Two Tidewater GP38s wait their crew at the fuel rack for the Ritterton Turn
Couple of shots of the town...midnight..not a lot going on

Well its the next morning in Mapleton and we will be riding along with the Ritterton Turn.
Getting our orders from the yard office
Tieing up to our cut in the yard
Crossing the first bridge. You can see the coal cars left the night before in the distance
Pulling into Lakeland
Shoving loaded woodchips down the spur to take up to Ritterton
Crossing the twin bridges just after the tunnel. The tunnel was rebored to fit double stack trains
Crossing the high steel bridge just before Ritterton
Spotting boxcars at the Pulp plant
Arriving in Ritterton. Cargill Sweetener plant is on the left.
Spotting hoppers and tankcars at the sweetener pant. Also spotting Reefers at the Ritterton Good Foods warehouse.
Well thats all for now

Don't know as of yet. Never released anything of mine before so it is all new to me. And I am not sure what the rules would be because the route is officially a built-in route and all. Not sure if i would have to get permissions and who I would have to get them from and what not.
But if it is not to much trouble I would be willing to release it when it was done.
