Thumbnail Image

BNSF Mow Crane truck (kuid2:97212:1805:1) does not contain a thumbnail image in the kuid file, yet CMP desplays one in the Assets Details Action Panel. It's also the image that you see when you desplay Details in the DLS. Where is this image stored?

It would have been uploaded using a CDP and therefore the image is stored inside the CDP.

Thanks Phil, you're right. I've found a bunch of .jpg files in the ..\TRS2006\Cache\thumbnails folder which are the pictures the CMP displays in the Asset Details Action Panel. Fortunately they're all listed by their kuid numbers instead of the unreadable folder names in the local folder which makes this a handy way to see a bunch of pictures easily and then find a desired item by kuid number in CMP. You can also add a 240X180 .jpg picture by kuid number for any assets that are missing pictures in CMP.
