It is nice to see N3V correctly licensing this from Gullane at last. "The Thomas name and character and the Thomas & Friends logo are trademarks of the Gullane (Thomas) Limited"

Will they be available on the DLS for all versions?

Thanks John

No it not, I simply post it to show off The stuff from SI3D in TANE for the benefit of Sean and his Team, all Thomas stuff will remain to be available only on SI3D because they have the authorize permission to make the stuff.

It was a joke. the IP shouldn't really have been used for advertising regardless.

It almost sounds targeted... Just before Christmas and there's a clear demographic who're into this?

So, wait a second...

Let em get this correct....

SI3D (which I have been pointing people to for help) is the ONE and ONLY site on the net that should have this stuff?

It's nice to know that someone has paid the licensing fees.

Cheerio John

So ANY other site that has this content is....unlicensed, I.E. Illegal?

That could get expensive if someone decided to go after them for copyright violations....

Ahem. Let me speak here. Since SI3D came along, they worked out a deal with HIT to make and host thomas content for Trainz. With the recent ordeals and such with SI3D, some stuff went on behind closed doors, but in the end, SI3D is still around. It's not only SI3D who can make the stuff, others can too, and release there content as well.

So since SI3D is the place that this content is supposed to be hosted/distributed and the knowledge base is there..

Shouldn't that be the place that people who have questions or requests for content on this topic be sent to?

I had a poster in another topic tell me that it was the wrong thing to do. I do believe they are massively uninformed.

Also, you may need something for that cough.
