The mystery train?

Anybody have any idea what this it?

Obviously, it's VERY early in its development (and I'm really not sure yet if it'll be payware or freeware, which is why it isn't in either of those areas), but that's what makes it so much of a mystery! Just a screenshot of it taking shape. And to those that are familiar with these, that's a very definate shape.
Now to pop in some doors and windows, and work on the ends a bit...

It's definately one of those. Don't know which yet, but they all had the same dimensions. Probably end up an R1.
