i bot this simulate to play not to read though 1000 of forms to try to get it to run .
when u buy some thing for 50 + dollars u think that u are getting a decent item ! it not the case
i put in a ticket 8 weeks ago an no one has contacted me yet
so if u like to go through 1000 of form post to get your Trainz Sim to run then u should buy this one

Hi guy,

Have you tried to put a ticket right here where the quick actual support is? ;)

Of course, we mortal trainzers have our limitations since we can't (don't want either) handle issues about accounts, missing serial numbers, digital downloads, orders, etc. but thousand of trainzers are in charge of this 24-hour a day.

N3VRF411 is lucky for having this. Can you imagine such a helpdesk for MS, for instance?

Try here, maybe there's a way.

Hi,

Have you checked the status of the ticket by clicking on the helpdesk link above? You will very rarely receive a notification so you have to check the status manually.

I have checked your previous posting and see that you machine should be able to run the sim relatively well. The big question is what else is running in the background. Applications in the Windows environment have a bad habit of loading in the startup group and sitting out of site while still taking up system resources. Other applications like outlook express or internet explorer if allowed to continue to run in the background will steel resources too so make sure everything is shutdown. Resource manager should show only manditory system applications (services) running. Items like google update, jqs, msn, icq just to mention a few will kill performance.

In addition, adjust all your trainz settings to the lowest slider positions then start to increase them to see what works best on your machine.

Hope this gets you started

Bricey
