Thanks for all the great comments guys. @Immobillaire The elevated roadway, I'm really not sure how I got the elevated highway. Content has a way of finding me instead. I believe that the author of those is kenichiro. Try a DLS search under that name. If that's not it, well he has some impressive stuff anyway.
