It's on the DLS by Skipper 1945, I know he is updating a lot of stuff for 2010, has a few errors with bogeys and dependencies though at the moment.
Most are texture errors and can be fixed with Pev's PM2IM those that can't dont actually exist so the texture.txt file can be deleted and there are a couple of entries in configs that need removing
