Hi, I have been havivg some trouble posting a screenshot on this forum ( I have read the stickys! ) Hope fully, if I have finally got things correct, a pic from Sirgibby's Murchison route should appear. If not and a red cross is all you get, then I will have to learn more.
Cheers, Fender849.

Looks like you entered http:// twice

Thanks for your response, gentlemen. Just another question, I notice that ALL other screen posters have their pics displayed IMMEDIATELY on the forum, i.e. without having to click on a link to a host site. How is this achieved ?

If you are using imageshack... once the image is uploaded, select the link to the image in the "Direct:" field. Then use the forum's image insert utility.

If you use the field called "Forums:" do not use the forum utility, as the code is already there.

Thankyou Lo Poly and Mike. I will post another pic and use "Direct LInk", will see how that goes. Hopefully , others who have been trying to upload pics can learn from my experience. I would hate to think that I am the only "dummy" who has been totally confused by this "simple" process.
Cheers Fender849 :D happy now!
