I am building Tehichapi Pass in TRS2006.
I can put pictures in but I don't know how.

www.photobucket.com is better. All you need to do is covert the image to a JPG file, then upload to photobucket. but you need CovertImage to convert the images to a JPG file instead of a TGA file

www.irfanview.com use that...quite possibly the most handy and fastest image processing program. Opens instantly and its easy to use. BEST out there

google TGATOOL, it can change them to BMP, then at least my Mac has a software that I can save it as a JPG

I use Photofiltre, myself, but either one will do what you need.
And they're both free. What a deal!
Don't worry about another Tehachapi. There's always room for a different interpretation.

If I remember the route at TRP was made during a early version of Trainz
I think UTC and a lot of content made from the first version of Trainz did not show up in Trainz 2004 and 2006. I would welcome a new version of this route.

I wanted to try building a prototypical route so I decided to do Tehachapi. If anyone wants to post some of the pictures for me I can e-mail them.

Also, if anyone has pictures of the pass besides the loop, I could use them for texturing since all I have is a black and white aerial picture.

Use "Google Earth" (free program) and you will be able to fly along the whole route and see what you want.
