This is a tractor type locomotive running on temporary track out in the peat bogs in northern Germany.

that reminds me of flex track when I was a kid, 30 something years ago. run that stuff all the way from the kitchen, down the hallway, past the bathroom, to my bedroom...

I saw that too!

This would be a cool effect in Trainz, but I can see this as being a pain in the you know where with all the spline points added to make the track twist.
