My view is to make it freeware. You may have overlooked (not that you have) some errors, and people may not like that in a product they brought.

But first, have you got any screenshots. I'd suggest a new thread rather than the Australian Screenshots thread.

I have found errors in the route that i have fixed and there would be more without a dout ,but Auran brought out 2004 , 2006 , up to 2010 and all had
service packs to fix the errors within them,yes mine is only a route not a game and would only cost $10.00 au max,i don't believe that Auran has supplied a route as good as this one to the general public,but what do i know , if it was payware how do i stop it being pirated anyway.
Murchison 2 $48.95 AU ,
Classic Cabon City $34.95 AU
Settle and Carlisle $34.95 AU
These three are only routes with a bit of pre made gloss on top in fancy wrapping,they are costing nearly as much as ts 2010 digital download,understanding people have to be paid for there work ? well sometimes.

You missed Marias Pass;

But those route all have custom content along with them. Things like custom made buildings, track, trains, etc. So you are not just paying for a route with fancy writing, you are paying for a route, a whole bunch of content, maybe some trains as well.

Another thing to consider is the content you used for your layout. Some freeware content does not allow you to use it for payware routes.

OOO poo i forgot about that didn't i ,,,,talk about a kick me in the head.
PeRock just slipped the boot into me while i was i a high {crap} ,how the mighty fall ,,,,thud
well then it looks as if it will be freeware or keep it for myself
in damage mode steve crap crap crap

Ok then you wouldn't be paying for the route just my time to put it together and build the route,,the route and content are free.
would that work
steve

If you have some of the content that does not allow for you to release for payware; you can usually still release the route as payware.
