Is there a way to change the arrow size of a swich lever ?

Not as far as I know, Though You Can Turn them off.

There is of course, at least in TRS2006 via special rule which allows to set size of arrows in percentage of original size by 1% step

I can check if it is possible to set the size above 100%.
