Super hard Shunting Puzzle

A friend of mine sent me this, and I threw it together in trainz. Took me FOREVER to sort it out. Here's the original. It looks easy...trust me it isn't.

There is a circular railway siding at the end of the main line.
C is a cattle truck,
S is a sheep truck,
E is an engine.
The engine can pass under the Foot Bridge but the two trucks cannot because they are too tall. The problem is to shunt the trucks so that the Cattle truck and the Sheep truck change places and the Engine is back on the main line.

Post your answer. Let's see if you got it right. I'm not saying you did, but most people make the mistake of forgetting that the two cars are not allowed to pass under the bridge. All told, it takes about twenty two moves to complete this puzzle.

1) Set S to main
2) Pass under footbridge and couple to C
3) Place C to right side of circle
4) Grab S and couple it to C
5) Place C to main
6) Place S to left side of circle
7)Run under footbridge and couple to C on main
8) Place C to ride side of circle
9) Return engine to main

I originally said 007 was right, but as I'm monkeying with this, I'm not sure. I'll update after I check.

After checking, I hate to say it but my earlier congratulations were wrong. If I follow 007007's solution, there's no way to get the cattle car onto the main. Here's why:

In his solution, you tack the cattle car onto the sheep car, and then drag them back to the left side of the circle. That's fine. However, once you run around the train, there's no way to put the cattle car on the main by itself, without moving the sheep car again. The cattle car will be (by his steps) on the wrong side of the sheep car. Suggesting that he left out a few steps.

4) Grab S and couple it to C
5) Place C to main
6) Place S to left side of circle
7)Run under footbridge and couple to C on main
8) Place C to ride side of circle
